Welcome To Grove Medical Practice

The goverments advice has changed with regards to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

 

Stay at home for 7 days if you are symptomatic and all other houshold occupants are to stay at home for 14 days; symptoms are a high temperature or a new continuous cough.

Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.

Get an isolation note - NHS Self declaration

You do not need to contact 111 or your GP to tell them you're staying at home.

Only use the NHS 111 online coronavirus service if you feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home your condition gets worse or your symptoms do not get better after 7 days; do not contact your GP.

Only call 111 if you cannot get help online at NHS 111

All patients will be asked screening questions when they call the Practice.

No patient is to come to the Practice without an explicit invitation to do so by a clinician.

Changes in our service

The Practice, in alignment with direction from the government, is changing our service provsion. With immidiate effect we will be operating a primary telephone triage service; this significantly reduces risks to patients and the public by minimising contact.
